Once an order is received for an item and funds have cleared, you can expect your item to ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days for most of the items we sell. Items will be packaged safely and correctly to prevent any type of damage that can occur during the shipping process. The Eventuri Black Carbon Intake System for the Lotus Emira V6 Supercharged platform represents a complete engineering-led redesign of the factory intake with the goal of improving airflow efficiency, reducing supercharger resistance, and maintaining consistently low inlet temperatures. Developed through extensive research, dyno validation, and real-world testing, this system unlocks measurable performance while enhancing the raw character of the Emira’s V6 powerplant.
At the center of the system is Eventuri’s patented carbon fiber Venturi filter housing, designed to promote a smoother and more direct airflow path compared to the restrictive cuboid geometry of the OEM airbox. By maintaining laminar flow conditions, the intake reduces aerodynamic drag on the supercharger, allowing it to operate more efficiently across the entire RPM range.
The intake also features Eventuri’s Gen 2 bespoke high-flow dry filter, paired with a custom EPDM hose engineered with a smooth internal surface to eliminate the turbulence created by the pronounced ridges found in the factory hose. This refined airflow transition supports stronger throttle response and improved power delivery from part throttle through redline.
A precision-designed carbon fiber air duct seals the filter housing while drawing cold air directly from the OEM feed location, helping minimize intake air temperatures under load. The result is a system that delivers consistent and repeatable performance gains without compromising reliability or drivability.
Independent dyno testing conducted by Dream Automotive in the UK demonstrated gains of 12–20 horsepower and 8–19 lb-ft of torque, with improvements observed throughout the rev range. On the road, the difference is immediately noticeable as the vehicle pulls more eagerly and responds with greater urgency to throttle inputs.
Constructed entirely from prepreg carbon fiber and paired with stainless steel bracketry and CNC-machined hardware, the Eventuri intake integrates seamlessly within the Emira’s engine bay while delivering the premium visual presence expected from a flagship carbon system.
