Shipping / Returns
***DISCLAIMER*** TO PREVENT FRAUD AND IDENTITY THEFT, FOR ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON THE WEBSITE, SHIPPING ADDRESS AND BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH. IF ADDRESSES DO NOT MATCH, YOUR ORDER MAY BE CANCELLED AND MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. UNLESS ALREADY DISCUSSED PRIOR WITH OUR SALES DEPARTMENT.
Once an order is received for an item and funds have cleared, you can expect your item to ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days for most of the items we sell. Items will be packaged safely and correctly to prevent any type of damage that can occur during the shipping process. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation notification of your incoming package including all tracking information. Our packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground or FedEx. For larger items we require them be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx. All smaller items will be shipped via USPS Priority unless otherwise specified by the buyer.
*** Due to the nature of some of the items we sell, some items will take longer to fulfill and deliver. No need to worry, we will let you know if your particular item will take a little more time. This includes orders such as (WHEELS, BODY KITS, and SPECIAL ORDERS, ETC.) which usually take longer than 3-5 days to fulfill. We know how frustrating it is to sit and wait for items, so will be giving you detailed updates along the way until your order has left our warehouse.
***ALL ITEMS WILL BE CHECKED FOR FLAWS AND OR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS BEFORE PACKAGING TAKES PLACE FOR QUALITY CONTROL OF THE ITEMS WE SELL.***
- Returns are accepted within 14 days after confirmed delivery of the item.
- There will be a 20% Restocking fee assessed for all items returned. Restocking fee may be waived depending on a case by case situation. If there are any more questions or concerns, please contact us immediately for more info on restocking fees.
- If you would like to return an item please contact us as soon as possible, and after approval of a return we will give you instructions on how to complete the return.
- ***ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees unless previously discussed with our sales team.
- After the returned item has been received we will check the item to verify and once approved you can expect your refund within 3-5 business days or sooner.
- ALL RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IF ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED ON THE VEHICLE, ALTERED, TAMPERED AND OR DAMAGED BY INSTALLING PARTY. *** PLEASE CHECK ITEMS THOROUGHLY BEFORE INSTALL!
- You may cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped out and receive a full refund.
- If you would like to cancel an order after the item(s) has been shipped out your item is subject to the 20% restocking fee.
CUSTOM / SPECIALTY ORDERS
- All orders that must be special ordered (ie: Orders from overseas or a made to order item) May require a non-refundable deposit please inquire with our sales department for further clarification.
- All Custom / Specialty orders that have been delivered are NOT eligible for return or exchange. No Exceptions!
